third time's a charm

After a surprisingly loooong labor, our third son, Leo, was born on May 20th at 9am in our home.

Joe was happy he did not have to catch this kid by himself this time, as he should be since it took much longer than Tiz (which means much more screaming and general birthing-freaking-outedness.)

The general consensus is he is "cute".

For Luca, it was love at first sight. He held Leo for much longer than you would expect a 3-year-old boy to want to hold a baby. Tiz wasn't really interested, but since has progressed to copying his older brother by giving kisses and laughing when Leo starts to cry.

It wasn't easy by any means, but it was all worth it of course. Leo is our third baby blessing from God and we are so thankful. He has been growing steadily for the past... what is today? Several weeks. Let's say 7 weeks? Something like that anyway.

This is from this morning.

He's been working on some smiles for over a week now.

He's up to around 12.5 lbs.

He has two brothers that love him.

Sometimes, they "love" him too much, if you get my drift.

But I understand, it's hard to resist that cuteness.
