More and more Luca and Tiziano are playing together. It gives me joy to see them interact kindly with each other. I pray this continues through their lives and that the next little guy gets in on it too. Really, the news of having another boy is more exciting the more I see these two guys do things like this-
Just before bed these two got it in their heads to have a bit of a race. Luca with a truck that Joe's dad made Joe when he was a boy. "Big Joe" is painted on it, but Luca calls it "Big Bud", which Joe says is a shout out to his Humboldt roots. As you can see, Tiz chose Mater, who has buttons on the top that make him talk when you push them. Mater can get a little old, but I wasn't about to interrupt the racing. Tiz says, "ahhhhh, GO!" and they both take off, but Tiz stops after 2 feet and goes back to the beginning so Luca just does a bunch of donuts in the middle of the floor.
This particular morning Luca found Joe's safety vest from work and thought it was awesome. We set up some of their Hot Wheels town stuff that were from my dad (who fondly remembers playing with cars a ton when he was a boy), and these guys had a pretty good time.
Joe's parents gave us their shelf/headboard thing and now the boys love hanging out on our bed and turning on the radio of our ancient alarm clock. I think it makes them happy that they can push buttons and control what we listen to.
Then, of course, we dance to the music.
A little time outside in the brisk Spring weather. A favorite past-time is putting dead leaves through this fence. Well, I tell them to only pick the dead ones, but that poor ivy has been abused a bit. I don't get the appeal to this, but they can run back and forth doing this for a while.
When we got inside, it was time to warm up. Tiz cracked me up by forcing his older brother to snuggle with him. He just wants to do what Luca does and Luca loves to snuggle up in this "soft blanket".
You like this right?
C'mon, you like it!
I couldn't stop taking pictures... as you can see. I love these boys, though I get frustrated and tired and annoyed. I am so thankful that God not only has endless patience with me and forgives the times when I speak unlovingly to my kids, but He also blesses me with moments like these. Amazing little moments that I am honored to witness. I love you Luca and Tizzy!

So Cute!! I love the snuggle pictures. Can't wait to see them in person sometime!
I love these pictures. Also, congrats on another little BOY! I faithfully read your blog, but somehow I didn't the gender until now. Loads of fun to be had! We pray for you guys often and I'm praying that you will be feeling well as you prepare for his arrival! I know that you've had more than your fair share of illness, and I am praying for health from here on out!
